How we expand
SUCRECUBE Japon builds on work completed in Senegal to propose its services in neighbouring countries. The two projects in The Gambia were won through tender and evaluation, after introductions by organisations that had seen the results in Senegalese schools and health posts. In a new country, the company does not open an office first. It wins a contract and carries it out with a local partner and technicians from Senegal. An office follows only once there is continuing work.
